CHI Systems, based in Philadelphia, PA, is the U.S. Operations of OSI Geospatial. It has regional offices in Norfolk, VA and Orlando, FL.

CHI Systems has been at the forefront of research and development to improve human performance in complex systems for 20 years. Layered Security Solutions Inc. is administered by CHI Systems. LSS is the base of our U.S. Operations as well as our Land based technology and Security branch located in Norfolk, Virginia. LSS, led by former Navy Seal Commander James Liddy, specializes in providing Critical Infrastructure Protection through integrated vulnerability assessments and solutions to the Homeland Security market.
