Where do I send my resume?
OSI Geospatial is headquartered in Burnaby, BC, Canada with regional offices in Ottawa, the United States and the UK. We use a standard online application form to ensure that all applicants answer the same entrance questions. You will have the opportunity to attach a cover letter and resume as a part of this application form. We prefer that you begin the process by applying online.
What happens next?
We review each resume carefully for a potential match with our current opportunities. If we feel your skills and experience match our requirements, we will usually contact you within one to two weeks of receiving your resume. Otherwise, we will keep your resume on file for six months and you will be considered for any suitable opportunities during that time. We also encourage you to watch our job openings and reapply for any other opportunities that may be of interest.
What is your recruiting process?
Depending on the position, we often start the recruiting process with a telephone interview to clarify whether there is a fit between your qualifications and our requirements. If there is a fit, we will then invite you to our office for the first interview and/or a technical test. Subsequent interviews usually follow depending on the outcome of the first interview and the requirements of the position. We also conduct reference checks on all candidates prior to making a job offer.
